These terms explain how Georgia Local HVAC works when you browse the site, review public provider listings, or submit an HVAC request.

1. Independent intake site

Georgia Local HVAC is an independent directory and request-intake website. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform inspections, repairs, installations, estimates, or emergency services.

2. Requests and provider follow-up

When you submit a request, you authorize us to review the information and share it with one or more local HVAC providers that may serve your area. A provider may contact you by phone, text, or email if available. Submission does not guarantee a call, appointment, price, repair, or service.

3. Public listings

Provider listings are supplied for comparison and convenience. Listing presence is not an endorsement, ranking, warranty, licensing confirmation, insurance confirmation, or guarantee of availability. Confirm qualifications, pricing, scope, warranties, and service terms directly with the provider before work begins.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and do not misuse the request form, impersonate another person, submit deceptive information, interfere with site operation, or attempt to access information that is not yours.

5. Site information and availability

Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. We do not promise that every page, listing, provider, service area, or request path will always be available or accurate. Do not rely on this site for safety-critical decisions.

6. Privacy and contact choices

Our handling of submitted information is described in the Privacy notice. You may ask us not to continue provider follow-up or request deletion of a submission using the contact method described there, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or operational reasons.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version is posted on this page. By continuing to use the site after an update, you agree to the revised terms.
