Data collected
Name, phone, email, city/ZIP, service need, urgency, and details you provide. Do not submit payment information, account passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.
Lead sharing
If you consent, your request may be shared with a local HVAC company. Until buyer routing is approved, submissions are stored locally for Yellow Lotus review.
